Wood Apartment in Rome

ZonizzSimple and coherent zoning: the central core, which includes the services and the kitchen, separates the two bedrooms and the living/dining area. At the same time, the architecture manages to generate a relative spatiality and an unexpected sense of indistinguishability: the walls, floor, and ceiling are made of Canadian pine, resembling a single flat surface folded multiple times, without a single point of stabilization; even the furniture is made from a single material.
