Petrol Station for Rome
Course Theme: The project focuses on a new concept of service station for urban areas, specifically designed for the city of Rome. This service station is envisioned as a multifunctional object, essentially a “provider of services.”
Reflection Levels:
Service Station Concept: This aspect explores the evolving need for service stations, characterized by altered and not fully expressed functional and communicative categories.
Environmental Integration: This addresses the delicate issues of integrating and interpreting values within the urban landscape.
The aim is not merely to create a new image of the service station that connects with the city but to represent the city itself through this new structure.
